Introducing – The Mom Series

Motherhood is a crazy, messy, beautiful, amazing, challenge. A harder endeavor for me than any of my schooling, residency training and my current job! I gained my Mom title in 2018 and I feel like I’m very much still figuring it out. The amount of books, podcasts and blogs on the topic are infinite. And rightfully so! So naturally, I’m adding to the topic with The Mom Series.

 I came up with ten questions to get us all thinking about our own motherhood journeys. I want to post interviews of Moms in all cases and scenarios. Stay at home mom, working mom, single mom, married mom, divorced mom, infertility mom, empty nest mom – everyone has valuable experiences to share and we can all gain from each others’ insights.

I think sharing our own experiences can be so beneficial to others but also to ourselves. Taking time to be introspective and really consider the positives and dare I say negatives about it can be so therapeutic. And, if you have read any of my previous posts – mainly this one, then you know wellness and mental health are priorities for me in this phase of life.

I think you will find them to be a good self care exercise!
